1. Domestic Shipping (Egypt)
We ship to all governorates across the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Dakahlia, Sharqia, Qalyubia, Beheira, Minya, Assiut, Sohag, Red Sea, South Sinai, North Sinai, Matrouh, and all other governorates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in Meeza Living’s product prices or shipping fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees — both domestic and international — are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the total weight/size of the order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Saturdays after 12:00 PM, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through our shipping partner’s website or by contacting our customer care team at customercare@meezaliving.com.
6. Delivery & Receiving
- Our shipping carrier will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that the delivery address, phone number, and any landmark details are accurate.
- The recipient must present a valid form of identification upon delivery if requested by the carrier.
- Upon receiving the package, the recipient should inspect the outer packaging for any visible damage before signing for acceptance.
- If no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier will attempt redelivery or contact the recipient to arrange an alternative time.
- After two failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our nearest facility, and the customer will be contacted to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item and its packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Undeliverable Orders
Orders may be deemed undeliverable if:
- The shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect.
- The recipient cannot be reached after multiple contact attempts.
- The recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
- Customs clearance is not completed by the recipient (for international orders).
In such cases, the order will be returned to our nearest facility. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, Meeza Living shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, pandemics, national holidays, customs delays, carrier disruptions, or civil unrest.
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We may offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for eligible domestic orders within Egypt. When using COD:
- The full order amount (including shipping fees) must be paid to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
- COD availability may vary by region and order value.
- COD is not available for international orders.
- We reserve the right to disable COD for certain orders or customers at our discretion.
